The most auspicious Vyasa Puja celebrations for HH Prabhavishnu Maharaj were observed on Sunday, 21st Sept 2008 at Sri Jagannath Mandir. HH Prabhavishnu Maharaj is the co-GBC for Malaysia along with HH Jayapataka Maharaj and is also an initiating Guru in ISKCON. The actual tithi Appearance day of Maharaj corresponded to 22nd Sept; however for the convenience of all devotees the program was organized by HG Krishnachandra pr and HG Radha Vinodini Mataji on Sunday.

The world Holy Name week was celebrated with great jubilation and pomp in the Kuala Lumpur Jagannath Mandir. On Saturday the 20th of September, a 24-hour kirtan was held in the temple premises for the pleasure of Their most merciful Lordships Sri Sri Jagannath, Baladeva and Subhadra. Kirtan teams, of which our counselee group was one, were allocated two hour slots each to sing and chant enthusiastically, the wonderful holy names of Sri Sri Radhe Shyam.
